Entelyx LLC (Florida, USA) builds embedded AI in stealth. This is a single
marketing page, and we keep data collection to the minimum needed to run it.
Here is exactly what that means — in plain language.
what we collect
- Network & server logs. Like every website, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) automatically records standard request data — including your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to serve the site, secure it, and prevent abuse.
- Cookieless analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which sections draw interest. It is privacy-first by design: no cookies, no local storage, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting.
- What you choose to send. The “start a conversation” form sends us the name, work email and message you type, plus the two-letter country your request arrives from (supplied by Cloudflare). We receive only that. It is delivered to a single mailbox as one email — there is no database, no CRM, no mailing list, and no onward sharing. Delivery is handled by a transactional email provider acting on our behalf; our mailbox runs on ProtonMail. You can skip the form entirely and email contact@entelyx.io yourself.
what we don’t do
No advertising or marketing cookies. No third-party trackers or ad pixels. No profiling. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it except as needed to operate the site (below) or to comply with the law.
why there’s no cookie banner
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary cookies for security and bot-protection — these are required to deliver the site and are exempt from consent. There is simply nothing non-essential to consent to.
third parties & why
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security, and cookieless analytics.
- No third-party CDNs. Every script, stylesheet, typeface and image on this site is served from entelyx.io itself. Loading a page here sends no requests to any other company, so no one else receives your IP address from visiting. A Content-Security-Policy header enforces this in your browser.
- Transactional email provider — if you use the contact form, a provider acting on our behalf delivers that one message to our mailbox. It is not used for marketing and keeps no list.
- ProtonMail — receives any email you send to contact@entelyx.io.
your choices & rights
You can browse with no account and no sign-in. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email contact@entelyx.io. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data — we will honor valid requests.
how long we keep it
Logs and analytics are retained only as long as useful for security and operations. Email you send us is kept as long as needed to correspond with you, then archived or deleted.
changes
As the work grows — for example, if we add new tools or interactive features — we’ll update this notice and the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
